Learning to use Snap.Svg in Adobe Edge Animate

I’m trying to learn something called Snap.Svg.js. It is a JavaScript library that can be downloaded  free from http://snapsvg.io/ . From what I understand, Snap.Svg is analogous to JQuery. Where jQuery serves for manipulating HTML elements,  Snap.Svg serves for manipulating  and animating svg elements. SVG images(Scalable Vector Graphics) can be created in a number of vector graphic applications like Illustrator.

I’m inserting a composition I created with Edge Animate including detailed instructions on how I used Snap in Edge Animate to manipulate an svg image I downloaded from Vecteezy.

The <iframe> I used might take a while to show so try this link instead: https://www.mathparami.com/mathpages/MapOfMexico/index.html
